MVHR Unit choice is of course only 50% of the deal. A top level unit’s performance can easily be ruined by poorly installed, badly designed ductwork creating noise issues. Noise is caused by turbulent air, turbulent air is caused by badly fitted ductwork.
Here at MVHR.mu we provide the whole system for you from MVHR unit through to final termination valves. This ensures you are getting the best from the premium unit purchase you have made.
All too often we see excellent unit choice being dumbed down by weak application.
Our ventilation chambers are rotationally moulded from antistatic polyethylene, and offer easy assembly and low noise. The design allows for excellent airflow and the fitting for a dn125 air valve. Options of 1/2/3 entry for 75mm radial ducts available depending on room size and function.
A spring loaded lock can be installed on the duct sleeve to keep the duct firmly in place and prevent it from slipping off.
Our foor plenums make it possible to supply air from low level, and can be housed within insulation or screed. These can be easily cut to a required height after installation, and have a two dn75 entry points for radial duct.
Our rotationally moulded manifolds offer a great variety for any installation. Able to be wall, floor or ceiling mounted and with a low profile to fit in small voids. They are antistatic, and can be offered with either a straight on or 90 Degree connection.
Our 75mm Radial Duct is also manufactured from Polyethylene and has the smoothest internal bore available. The crushing strength is very high, ensuring the least damage to ducts after installation.
Our pre-formed EPE Duct is a superb solution for MVHR systems, particularly when pre cooling is in operation. The duct is in essence formed of its own insulation negating the need for time consuming lagging as required with traditional steel ductwork.
It can be cut to length simply by using a handsaw, and all connectors supplied will create a Class D air tightness.
