Ventilation Chambers

Our ventilation chambers are rotationally moulded from antistatic polyethylene, and offer easy assembly and low noise. The design allows for excellent airfow and the ftting for a dn125 air valve. Options of 1/2/3 entry for 75mm radial ducts available depending on room size and function.

A springloaded lock can be installed on the duct sleeve to keep the duct frmly in place and prevent it from slipping off.

Floor Plenums

Our foor plenums make it possible to supply air from low level, and can be housed within insulation or screed. These can be easily cut to a required height after installation, and have a two dn75 entry points for radial duct.

Manifolds

Our manifolds are also rotationally moulded from antistatic polyethylene. With a variety of options to suit between 4 and 18 strands of 75mm radial duct, and 125 – 180mm entry feed. The click ring provided will prevent any ducts being accidentally pulled from the manifold.

With all our manifolds and ventilation chambers we advise the use of duct sealant or rubber seals for air tightness. The click ring provided will prevent any ducts being accidentally pulled from the manifold.

Radial Ducts

Our 75mm Radial Duct is also manufactured from Polyethylene and has the smoothest internal bore available. The crushing strength is very high, ensuring the least damage to ducts after installation.

ISO Pipe

Our pre-formed EPE Duct is a superb solution for MVHR systems, particularly when pre cooling is in operation. The duct is in essence formed of its own insulation negating the need for time consuming lagging as required with traditional steel ductwork.

It can be cut to length simply by using a handsaw, and all connectors supplied will create a Class D air tightness.
